1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by hb99 (available at hb99.im), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and hb99.

2 Account Registration

• Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at hb99's sole discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

hb99 supports several payment methods widely used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will be declined.
• Processing Times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours, subject to verification status.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawals are subject to a standard verification check. hb99 may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. hb99 reserves the right to enforce this rule to prevent money laundering.
• Transaction Fees: hb99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in BDT. hb99 is not liable for currency conversion costs incurred by users transacting through international payment networks.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hb99 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement), typically ranging from 10x to 30x the bonus amount. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonus credits and free spins expire within 7 days of being credited to your account. Expired bonuses are removed without replacement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held at any time. Players must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on hb99 — whether on sports markets, casino games, crash games, or live tables — are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by any game-specific rules displayed within each product.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or reversed, except where explicitly permitted by the platform (e.g., cash-out features on eligible sports markets).
• In the event of a technical fault, system outage, or data-feed error that affects a bet outcome, hb99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the user's account balance.
• hb99 sets maximum bet limits on all markets. Users placing bets above these limits may have the excess portion of their stake returned without prejudice.
• For sports betting, hb99 follows industry-standard settlement rules. Matches abandoned or not completed within accepted timeframes may be voided according to the specific sport's regulations.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, barring technical error. Live odds fluctuate in real time and hb99 cannot guarantee the preservation of any specific odds once a market has moved.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hb99 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account per individual (multi-accounting).
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including but not limited to depositing funds for the purpose of obtaining a transaction record rather than genuine gambling activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the hb99 support team or other users in any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access hb99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law, where the user has not obtained any required local permits.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the hb99 platform — including but not limited to game graphics, interface design, logos, promotional materials, written content, software code, and branding assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of hb99 or its licensed content providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

hb99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A player self-excluding or requesting account closure via our responsible gaming tools.

Upon account closure, hb99 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and disputed amounts) to the user's registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completed verification.
